SHIPPING
MASTER CLASS AMMO utilizes UPS for shipping. Ammunition is not considered HazMat and does not incur any additional shipping charges; but, it must be shipped Ground. Items shipped from the St. Louis Warehouse may be shipped UPS, FedEX, or Spee-Dee ground.
CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping. Once an order is shipped, the RETURN POLICY will apply. Special Orders may not be cancelled or returned.

ALL NEW ITEMS
Items are defective, not as described, or damaged:
We accept returns or exchanges of any new item if it is defective, not as described, or damaged in shipping. In these instances, if you choose to return the item, you will be refunded in full, including shipping and return shipping. If you choose to exchange the item, we will pay for return shipping of the item you received and shipping of the new item to you. You have 5 days from the date the shipment was delivered to contact us and make arrangements for returning the product.
You ordered the wrong item:
In the event that you ordered the wrong item, we will exchange the item or refund your money, less the cost of all shipping charges. You will be responsible for all shipping to and from MASTER CLASS AMMO and our warehouses. You have 5 days from the date the shipment was delivered to contact us and make arrangements for the exchange or refund.
